Gautam Chatterjee is a retired officer of the Indian Administrative
Service of the Maharashtra Cadre.
A Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Mathematics from Patna University, Mr.
Chatterjee also holds a post graduate diploma in Urban Planning and
Housing from the Institute of Housing Studies, Rotterdams, The
Netherlands.
In his illustrious career spanning over 33 years, Mr. Chatterjee has held
several important assignments both in the Government of Maharashtra
and Government of India, notable among them beingCollector of
Ratnagiri, Additional Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal
Corporation, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of
Commerce, CEO of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development
Authority, CEO of Slum Rehabilitation Authority, OSD of Dharavi
Redevelopment Project, Principal Secretary of Maharashtra Housing
Department, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Director General
of Shipping in the Ministry of Shipping and Additional Chief Secretary,
Transport and Ports Department of Government of Maharashtra.
After his superannuation, he served as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to
the Chief Minister of Maharashtra before taking over as Chairperson of
the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).
Anuj is a highly respected industry authority and thought leader on
Indian real estate both in India and internationally, with 30 years'
experience in leveraging Indian and global real estate opportunities.
He enjoys strong relationships with private investors as well as local and
global corporates.
Until Feb 2017, Anuj was Chairman & Country Head of international
property consultants JLL India, overseeing a team of over 9000
employees in 11 cities. He was also a key member of JLL’s Asia Pacific
Leadership Group and Head of its Global Retail Leasing Board.
Soon after leaving JLL India, Anuj acquired its Residential brokerage
business and Fund Management vertical and runs them independently
under his latest venture - ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
Under his leadership, the ANAROCK Group has now added Capital
Markets, Hospitality, Retail and Consulting, Valuation & Land services to
its portfolio and is in aggressive expansion mode into newer

Anuj’s experience and expertise encompass multi-disciplinary advisory
and transactions in real estate, planning and executing demand and
feasibility assessment studies, transactional services, fund and investor
sourcing and technology-based real estate marketing strategies.
As a bonafide industry veteran, he has successfully handled marketing
of projects within the Office, Retail, Hospitality and Residential domains.
Sunil Mishra has overall 24 years of experience in building businesses
across Telecom, BFSI, Online Startups and now Real Estate. His
experience spans various fields like Sales & Marketing, Private Equity,
Management Consulting and Business Analysis. Sunil is currently
leading the build-out of TRESPECT India Pvt. Ltd., a pan-India B2C
Open Market Residential Broking business.
P.B.Sahasranaman, is an Indian lawyer, who specializes in
environmental laws. He primarily practices at the Kerala High Court, but
also appears in Supreme Court of India and the National Green
Tribunal. He is also a popular author in Environment Law.
He began his career in 1984 soon after graduating from Govt Law
College, Ernakulam. He is also a Notary Public of the Cochin
Corporation. Sahasranaman was appointed as Amicus Curiae by
the Kerala High Court in cases mostly relating to the preservation of the
environment. He was the convenor of a team of advocates who were
appointed to inspect the Social Forestry Project and Kerala Forestry
Project of the Forest Department.
He also appeared for a petition that enabled setting up a basic
framework of rules regarding the right of apartment owners on common
facilities and maintenance of apartments in the Kerala. It brought into
effect the right of owners to register their apartments individually that
tremendously enhances the saleability of apartments.
He is the Member of Kerala Law Reforms Commission headed
by Justice V. R. Krishna Iyer. He is also the Member of the Commission
on Rights and Welfare of Women and Children headed by Justice V. R.
Krishna Iyer. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Sarada Krishna
Satgamaya Foundation for Law and Justice (formerly known as Justice
V. R. Krishna Iyer Foundation). He is also one of the Honorary Editors of
CDJ Law Journal
He has presented papers at the World Bank Legal Forum, 2005, a
session on Legal Empowerment and Justice for the Poor, A Focus on
Environmental Justice, held in Washington, D.C., USA, on 1 and 2
December 2005. He regularly takes classes and workshops for lawyers,
judges, and students in India.
Mr. Satish Magar is the Chairman and Managing Director of Magarpatta Group of
companies which has diversified interest in Township development, I.T. Parks, SEZs,
Hospitality, Retails & Agriculture.
‘Magarpatta City’ as a unique award winning integrated privately managed Township
developed on the principles of inclusive growth. In this model, the land owner is a

With around 30 years of experience in Building, Construction and Promotion Industry he
has been the member of CREDAI Pune Metro, originally PBAP, from 1993. He has
been the President of CREDAI Pune Metro from 2009-2013. He has also been the Vice
President of CREDAI- Maharashtra from 2009-2011 and President from 2011-2013. He
was the President at Mahrattha Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for the
year 2014-16.
As founder of both the Heritage Realty Group and Unimark, Mr. Patodia brings with
him over 25 years of experience in the realty sector. Mr. Patodia is currently
Chairman of the Core Committee and immediate past president of the Confederation
of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Bengal and Vice President
CREDAI National. He has also served as the president of the Calcutta Chamber of
Commerce and on the boards of the WBIDC (West Bengal Industrial Development
Corporation), the WBIIDC (West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development
Corporation) and several other Government committees and task forces. Mr. Patodia
is also Vice-Chairman of the ITI (Industrial Training Institute) for Women, Kolkata.
He has made significant contributions to the real estate industry and is pioneer of
